Rhyl Harbour

Rhyl Harbour has undergone a dramatic refurbishment which has hugely improved the facilities on offer. A new boat park has been built, together with a new launching slipway, pontoons and a quay wall. The spectacular Pont y Ddraig Pedestrian/ cycle path bridge is well worth a view. Opened in October 2013, the bridge closes the gap on National Cycle Network Route 5, which runs along the North Wales coastline. This route provides traffic-free access to the ‘Wales Coastal Path’ as well as to the new harbour facilities. The bridge opens to allow boats in and out of the harbour, and is operated from the harbour office within the new quayside building. Why not take a ride over the new bridge to see all the facilities on offer, have your bike serviced at the Bike Hub or take a rest at the Hub Cafe.
